To help spread some cheer this year, our employees recently collected and donated enough food to feed 150 families. The effort was part of National Van Lines' recent Can the C.O.O. campaign. No, we didn't dismiss our Chief Operating Officer. Instead, we "canned" NVL President & COO Tim Helenthal by filling his office with canned food and other non-perishables. "I frequently tell National Van Lines employees, 'My door is always open,' " Tim said, "and they took me at my word—literally. Navigating the ever-increasing stacks of cans to reach my desk became a challenge as employees contributed more and more items. I couldn't be more proud of our team for their generosity."
