Which Witch is Which releases debut self-titled LP album

MONCTON, New Brunswick - Dec. 17, 2018 - PRLog -- The songwriters and producers of post-punk rock known as Which Witch is Which have released their official, self-titled debut album, "Which Witch is Which." The album contains 12 original Which Witch tracks for an approximate total listening time of 35 minutes. It has been proudly published as an independent release without the involvement of the corporate music industry on the Superbob Records music label. Driving, high-octane and ruggedly textured, the new self-titled LP showcases Which Witch is Which as one of the most intriguing hard rock, post-punk artists of the year and promises they have plenty more where that came from.

Ask to cite some main artistic influences, New Brunswick's Which Witch is Which describe "a blend of punk, post-punk and hard rock influences including the Ramones, Motörhead, The Cult, and Joy Division." They make special mention of singer Lysanne Lombard, whose "vocals evoke a modern-day, punk Janis Joplin."

The current official bio of Which Witch is Which describes their start: "After playing in various local bands since the '90s, PJ Dunphy and Dan Cadera got together with Nadine Paulin to form Which Witch is Which in late 2012. Originally intended to be a straight, old-school punk band, the sound quickly evolved to include wildly different influences from Joy Division's post-punk hooks and Motorhead-style arena-rock leads. After playing for three years with two different lead vocalists, the final missing piece came in the form of Lysanne Lombard who joined the band in late 2016, adding her powerful Janis Joplin-like delivery style to an already diverse mix."
