The Final Selection:
The final selection entails a designed procedure, that the company chalks, each in their own way, to recruit candidates, most suitable for their organization. In order to ensure a smooth functioning of the selection process, the companies can convey the procedure (Online Aptitude Test, Psychometric test, Group Discussion, Interview etc.) well in advance, which would help the Institute make necessary arrangements.
