SARASOTA, Fla. - Jan. 11, 2019 - PRLog -- Tom Dumke, a furniture maker from Wisconsin, will be exhibiting at the16th Annual St. Armands Circle Arts Festival January 26 & 27.  The 16th Annual St. Armands Circle Arts Festival is a premier juried outdoor fine art and fine craft festival featuring national and international award-winning artists in St. Armands, Florida.
