United Premier Soccer League Announces SoCal Expansion with MAFO Inland Wolves FC

LOS ANGELES - Jan. 22, 2019 - PRLog -- The United Premier Soccer League (UPSL) is excited to announce MAFO Inland Wolves FC as a new member club kicking off with the 2019 Spring Season.

Based in San Bernardino County (Calif.), MAFO Inland Wolves FC will begin play in the UPSL Championship SoCal Division, and is finalizing its home venue in compliance with UPSL Minimum Standards.

United Premier Soccer League Western Conference Manager Gary Brunner said, "We are pleased to add a new entry in the Inland Empire region as the MAFO Inland Wolves are an exciting addition to the UPSL Championship Division. Ownership has significant experience in the game with identifying young talent and is quite familiar with the landscape of the UPSL We wish MAFO Inland Wolves the best both on and off the field as a new member club."

In an affiliation partnership between L.A. Wolves FC and Magnitude Football USA, MAFO Inland Wolves FC has been created.

Luis Loreto, Jr., 25, is Owner of Magnitude Football USA, LLC. A former L.A. Wolves FC player, Loreto, a graduate of Venice (Calif.) High School, played in the Mexico's professional 2nd Division before returning and earning a Sports & Rehabilitation Therapy degree from Cerritos (Calif.)'s Fremont College.

Magnitude Football USA, LLC Owner Luis Loreto, Jr., said, "The opportunity to work with L.A. Wolves FC as an affiliate club is such a fantastic opportunity that we couldn't pass it up. We want to be a branch in the Inland Empire to bring the talent from San Bernardino County together, and we're excited to get started in the UPSL, the home to the country's best up-and-coming players."

The club will announce tryouts and its upcoming game schedule.

The UPSL was formed in 2011 and currently includes more than 300 teams in Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia and Wisconsin. UPSL is the fastest growing Pro Development League in the USA, with 400-plus teams targeted for 2019 Fall Season. Each UPSL team is individually owned and operated, and is responsible for maintaining either UPSL Pro Premier Division or Championship Division minimum standards.

UPSL teams are all eligible to participate in the U.S. Open Cup Qualifying Rounds through the leagues affiliation with the U.S. Soccer Federation (USSF) and the United States Adult Soccer Association (USASA).
