Raz B to Play in SunTrust Ochocinco Celebrity Super Slam presented by Los Angeles Fuel

ATLANTA - Jan. 24, 2019 - PRLog -- Musical artist Raz B, will participate in Chad "Ochocinco" Johnson's Celebrity Super Slam at Forbes Arena – McAfee Court, Morehouse College on Friday, February 1, 2019. The celebrity basketball game brings together celebrities in town for Super Bowl LIII for friendly competition to raise money for Usher's New Look Foundation.

"I'd never miss an opportunity to participate in an event for charities like the New Look Foundation," explained Raz B. "Usher's foundation is helping shape young people from kids into leaders, and I'm honored at the opportunity to help them continue this important work. That I get to show off my basketball skills is just a bonus!"

Starting at 6:00 PM on February 1, Chad Johnson and Raz B will be joined by a slew of additional celebrity guests including Baltimore Ravens Quarterback Lamar Jackson, Love and Hip-Hop star Julu Castenda, Rich Homie Quan, Ceaser from Black Ink Crew, and Insecure season 3 breakout star, Kendrick Sampson. "We're excited to have Raz B join us for a little friendly competition," said Super Slam host, Chad Johnson. "The great thing is that Usher's New Look foundation wins no matter who wins the game. More importantly the kids win."

Usher's New Look foundation uses peer-to-peer delivered leadership activities in after school programs in communities where opportunity is scarce. The organization's innovative curriculum helps students' middle school through college to identify their passions early and connect those passions to their educational journeys and potential career pathways. All proceeds from Celebrity Super Slam with benefit the foundation.
