The only thing tough about meditation is getting oneself to do it

You have by now heard so many benefits of meditation that you could probably recite them like a nursery rhyme. You could go to a doctor for a flu and come out with a new anecdote about meditation from the doc.

DELHI, India - Jan. 26, 2019 - PRLog -- Multi- billion dollar companies have now started setting up spaces within their country sized campuses for those few minutes or hours of blissful mindfulness (or mindlessness) that one needs to get away from the rapid buzzing of life and time that is associated with the paradigm of modern times.

The alarm bells have been sounded by many mental health workers, who are now aiming to arrest the problem at grass-root levels. Therapists and counselors are now engaging students in schools by encouraging social interaction and parents have been requested to ensure that greater emphasis is laid on interaction between family members face to face rather than through technological mediums. This and many more such initiatives like asking school to increase debates and teams sports has helped children learn the importance of human contact and mutual trust thus ensuring that by the time they move towards adult life they realize the importance of talking to someone and developing bond and relationships rather being dependent on technology and becoming a slave to it.

Parents and society at large play a huge role in making the world more communicable through in person interaction, the 90's is considered a golden age for this as people were beginning to travel around the world and the sharing of ideas and mish-mash of cultures resulted in a new kind of globalization that was hitherto  unheard of .  But the advent of smart phones and greater reliance on technology resulted in a huge tidal wave of people rejecting social interaction at large and withdrawing into a shell resulting in a cascading effect of depression, irritation, unbalanced egos and anger issues. We are at present looking at a tsunami of mental health issues all over the planet and the need for social interaction is at an all time high.

Many people have been advocating the use of meditation as a way of helping people tide over these turbulent mental health times, however there is a big problem in how you define meditation. Mystics argue that anything that makes one blissful without harming the other is a form of meditation and you do not need to shun the world to find solace and peace. There are many other who argues that if one is able to partake in work that makes them joyful that is also meditation ( Indian philosophy terms this as karma yoga). The basic premise is that you should be in a state of bliss and joy thereby creating a silent yet compassionate ground for all and all you need is a minute. People are now been advised that instead of sitting long hours in mediation chanting or waiting for that blissful trance they should just sit down for 1 minute a day and let their mind talk, when one does this they encounter a series of disturbances in their mind it is a sort of chatter in the mind and you get things coming in from the left and right brain. Meditation trainers suggest that you let this chatter happen without sticking/ following a trail of thought, you just have to let the thought pass and day by day as you sit down you will start feeling to stay in the mode of meditation longer and as you progress this chatter shall fade away leading to a state of bliss where thoughtlessness, mindfulness and mindlessness all exist at once, it is a primarily a non existential state of yourself which you never knew of.

But whence it comes to schools not all children will jump onto this bandwagon and not every parent will agree to their child being a part of this., Thus the advent of sports , many people feel that taking part in sports and team events helps build character and leads to blissfulness and calmness that sporting provides, one also learns to develop social interaction skills along with trust and dependability and creating line of friendships. Many schools have now come up with indoor  sporting and exercise facilities like gyms , swimming pools , karate, taekwondo and gymnastics to name a few. These physical exercises require a safety feature where Interlocking Rubber Flooring Tiles have been found to provide the best possible safety from any falls or unexpected maneuvers that may result in injuries.

Any indoor sport has a risk of injury but that injury should not occur from laxity in floor safety and thus Rubber Flooring helps in maintaining a secure environment that enables people to focus more on their physical well being. Gymnasts generally do suffer from falls and a rubber tile provides the cushion that is need to successfully brake that fall and help the gymnast reach new leaps and bounds without any fear. Swimming pools with Rubber Flooring  have a greater slip resistance area and many people do frolic around and its no puddle feature helps the rubber to provide the safety one needs thereby keeping the pool authorities at peace of mind. The rubber also makes it easier to run around a pool without taking risky steps and making a big mess.
