IDSI Participates in the 2019 Music And Gaming Festival (MAGFest)

CENTREVILLE, Va. - Jan. 29, 2019 - PRLog -- IDSI hosted and ran a free virtual reality (VR) arcade at MAGFest, providing an opportunity for attendees to experience the HTC Vive VR system.  Players could sign up to play individual experiences with Beat Saber (a music and rhythm game), Space Pirate Trainer (a futuristic shooting gallery game), or IDSI's own game, Kitty Hawk (an arcade style flying game).  Players in a group were able to sign up for one of two team experiences: VR Pictionary or Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes.  For those games, one person is in VR and their friends have to either guess what they are drawing in 3D, or use a manual to help defuse a virtual bomb.  Topping it all off were three tournaments over the course of the event where high level players of Beat Saber, Space Pirate Trainer, and AudioShield showed off their skills to the crowd.

The Music And Gaming Festival, or MAGFest, is an annual four day-long non-profit event dedicated to the appreciation of video game music, gaming of all types, and the gaming community.
