blumshapiro Hosts MSADA Dealership CEO & CFO Forum

(MSADA), recently held the MSADA Dealership CEO & CFO Forum.  The event took place at the Verve-Crowne Plaza Hotel in Natick on December 13, 2018.

Topics covered during the daylong forum included "An Overview of Vehicle Subscription Services," by Taylor Sandusky of Clutch Technologies; "Implementation of the New Lease Accounting Standard," by Christopher S. Ernest, CPA, MSM of blumshapiro; a "Tax Reform Update," by Richard C. Parmelee, CPA of blumshapiro; "Performing Human Resources 'Health' Assessments," by Amy E. Allen, SPHR of blumshapiro; and a "Wage and Hour Litigation Update," by Brendan J. Lowd and Katharine O. Beattie, both of Mintz Levin.  John D. Spatcher, CPA, a partner at blumshapiro, welcomed the group.
