Trans-Lux Receives Investment from GAMCO

NEW YORK - Feb. 21, 2019 - PRLog -- New York, NY  – Trans-Lux Corporation ("Trans-Lux") President and Chief Executive Officer, Alberto Shaio, announced that today GAMCO Asset Management Inc. and its affiliates (collectively, "GAMCO") fully subscribed to their rights and exercised their over-subscription rights under Trans-Lux's Rights Offering.  GAMCO also converted all of their shares of Trans-Lux's Series B Convertible Preferred Stock into 1,560,000 shares of Trans-Lux's common stock.
