She is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Bratkovich is also accredited by the Veteran's Administration to represent veterans in their claims before the department. She received her undergraduate degree from the Pennsylvania State University and her law degree from Duquesne University, where she was a member of the Women's Law Association, a student member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, a member of Phi Alpha Delta law fraternity, and the recipient of the 2006 CALI award for excellence in the area of Estates and Trusts. Colleen is a member of NAELA and PAELA. Conboy is an associate attorney at Zacharia Brown and also serves as the firm's director of marketing and business development, according to the firm's website.
