Follow on Google News | Job & Resource Fair Set for United States VeteransPresented by the Southern Nevada Congressional Delegation Veterans Village will host a Veterans and Military job and resource fair featuring over 30 participating employers and veterans service organizations
By: Veterans Village/SHARE Coordinated by Hunter Cain, District Representative for Congresswoman Dina Titus, this event will allow Veterans the opportunity to learn about and connect with resources available to them within the community. Available resources will include: Healthcare, Veterans' Claims Services, Education Benefits, Job Placement/Employment Services, Housing, Social Services, Food Pantry, hygiene supplies, and health and beauty services. This event is provided free of charge and open to all United States Veterans and Active Duty Military Personnel. "We must do everything we can to support our heroes after they integrate into civilian life, we're honored to partner with the Southern Nevada Congressional Delegation and host this event to facilitate this veteran's outreach for community engagement," Also available at the event will be representatives of programs such as Salvation Army Veteran Services, NDVS (Nevada Department of Veteran Services), Veterans Administration Mobile Vet Center, Nevada Health Link, Nevada Senior Services and more. An opening ceremony will include remarks by Hunter Alexander Cain, District Representative Congresswoman Dina Titus, Dr. Arnold Stalk, PhD, Founder Veterans Village Las Vegas and other representatives of the Southern Nevada Congressional Delegation.
