Law Offices of Robert E. Wisniewski Welcomes Javier Grajeda

PHOENIX - March 19, 2019 - PRLog -- Law Offices of Robert E. Wisniewski is pleased to announce that attorney Javier C. Grajeda has joined the firm.

An active member of the legal community, Javier serves as treasurer for the Arizona Association of Lawyers for Injured Workers (AALIW).  He is a member of the State Bar Workers' Compensation Bench and Bar committee, comprised of Administrative Law Judges, claimant's attorneys and defense attorneys, to address issues related to the betterment of the hearing process at the Industrial Commission of Arizona.

Javier is Spanish bilingual and served on the Board of Los Abogados, Arizona's Hispanic Bar Association.  He is a member of the Hispanic National Bar Association (HNBA), and the Workers' Injury Litigation Group (WILG). He has published and lectured on undocumented workers' rights.

"I grew up working in our family business, it is where I became interested in workers' rights," said Javier. Javier received his bachelor's degree from the University of California, Berkeley and his Juris Doctorate from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law, Arizona State University.  Upon graduation, he received high honors for his commitment to pro bono service.  He is also a graduate of the State Bar of Arizona Bar Leadership Institute, and Martindale Hubble Preeminent Peer rated.
