After discussing the details with members of this US Navy Chief's mess, the US Navy Chief's sent in their design requests featuring the old Navy elements with hardened and well worn US Navy wood decking encased with an old but effective rope made of iron. In the background the silhouettes of tall masted ships and featuring in its center the US Navy's Chief 1893 Anchor. The words Tested, Selected, Initiated displayed proudly at the bottom of this highly detailed United States Navy design.
