A highly skilled HR professional with a proven track record in employee retention, engagement and satisfaction, Bacon has worked for the U.S. Department of State and U.S. Department of Commerce as well as global brands including Maersk Sealand and Royal Caribbean International. Bacon received her undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida and earned a master's degree from Johns Hopkins University.
