DOVER, Del. - March 25, 2019 - PRLog -- Legendary bandleader Robert "Kool" Bell of Kool & the Gang will be a featured guest at the upcoming Pan African Development Conference, taking place April 10-12, 2019, on the campus of Delaware State University, located in Dover.

Bell, along with baseball legend Dusty Baker, formed Kool-Baker Global, Inc. with the goal of bringing renewable energy projects to Africa. Both are scheduled to appear at the event.

Presented by Delaware State's Center for Global Africa in conjunction with their strategic partner - the African Peer Review Mechanism (APRM) of the African Union - the Pan African Development Conference's objective is to bring together top academic, economic, political and media stakeholders to create and strengthen functional ties with Africa through academic expertise and U.S. corporate partnerships.

In addition to his work within the world of renewable energy, Bell is a United States ambassador of music as well as being active in regards to tourism within the Ivory Coast of Africa.
