360 Business Marketing Inc Acquires the Business of UNiQO Web

TORONTO - March 27, 2019 - PRLog -- 360 Business Marketing Inc announced on Wednesday, March 3rd 2019 that an agreement was made to acquire the business book of UNiQO Web in Canada and USA.

The decision came shortly after previous merger negotiations ended with no results leading both parties to agree for the acquisition of the business UNiQO has in Canada and USA as early as July 2019 providing customers with access to a large service portfolio offered by 360 from their head office in Markham, Ontario.

360 Business Marketing Inc is a Google partner company specializing in online targeted lead generation serving clients exclusively in North America.

With the acquisition moving forward 360 will next announce an investment in a new expansion in British Columbia. The expansion started back in 2018 and according to sources at 360 is expected to include a physical location as early as September 2019.
