DENVER - April 4, 2019 - PRLog -- Starbuds, one of the nation's premier cannabis retailers, continues Oklahoma growth with second location in Oklahoma City.

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (March 28, 2019) - Starbuds, one of the nation's premier cannabis retailers is pleased to announce it's continued expansion into the state of Oklahoma with a second location in the Bricktown district of Oklahoma City. The new store, slated to open in April of this year, is Starbuds' second venture into Oklahoma, following their debut in Lawton, OK in January of this year.

Starbuds Bricktown, the product of a licensing agreement between Starbuds and Oklahoma native, Laura McCullough, will bring Starbuds' unparalleled loyalty program, vast product selection and industry experience to the Oklahoma capital.

Since first opening their doors last month, Starbuds Lawton has been warmly welcomed by the state and seen tremendous traction with consumers. "Our Oklahoma locations represent expansion into our third U.S. state. While the state is only medical right now, we have high hopes for the burgeoning market and suspect Oklahoma will be one of our larger ventures." says Brian Ruden, founder of Starbuds. "We're excited to bring our experience to the midwest and be among the first to set the standards for what a dispensary can and should be."

Initially sceptical about cannabis, Laura had a change of heart after seeing her son Christopher's success within the recreational cannabis industry in Colorado. "Observing Christopher's work in Colorado, I was able to see the positive benefits the cannabis industry can have on a community, from providing medicine, to tax revenue and jump starting the economy." says Laura McCullough. "When medicinal cannabis legalization came to Oklahoma, we knew we had to get involved!"

In addition to the Bricktown location, Starbuds plans to continue its expansion into Oklahoma with as many as 5 locations by the end of 2019.
