It all began in the Fall of 2018 when Simon Han, Danny Fong, Kevin Guan and Robert Parent, founders of AIngels Inc., were discussing Simon's personal family scare.  During a school bus drive home, Simon's younger son got off the school bus before his stop.  Neither the bus driver or his older brother even noticed.  When his older brother got off the bus at their stop their waiting mother asked their older son and the bus driver where his younger brother was.  Neither of them knew where he was. Quickly Simon's wife went and met with the school and bus company to try and locate their son while Simon tried to figure out other ways to find him.  Meanwhile a friend of Simon's driving in their neighbourhood located Simon's son and called him right away. Simon shared his story of feeling helpless with us and friends.  We all shared similar moments.  It was during this sharing that they realised that their experiences left them feeling like they failed as a parent.  These were some of the worst experiences of their lives.

Seeing a need in the marketplace, the founders decided that existing technology could be used to build a solution both functional and secure to help locate missing children at a moment's notice.
