The Silence Revolution Lands In London For The First Time

LONDON - April 17, 2019 - PRLog -- The unmissable Sufi Mass Meditation will take place for the first time in London at 116 Pall Mall, and will be led by internationally renowned Spiritual Leader and Breath Expert Nevsah Karamehmet (https://www.nevsah.com/main.html) with Exclusive Guest Speaker Light Watkins, a Meditation Guru and Author who has taught individuals like Meghan Markle on how to meditate.

The Silence Revolution movement was built to explore the inner power of meditation and how it can positively affect our lives and mental health. It encompasses the Sacred Sound Of NEY, which is a musical instrument invented by Rumi, a world-famous Spiritual Leader who used NEY for a deeply spiritual experience and allowed healing through meditation.

The launch of The Silence Revolution movement began earlier this year, 2019 with the third to be in London out of the seventeen Silence Revolution events which are being delivered globally throughout the UK, USA, and Europe.

The event will be led by internationally renowned Spiritual Leader and Breath Expert Nevsah Karamehmet who has over 20 years of experience in her field and has impacted over 100,000 individuals worldwide in helping people learn about their functional breathing habits. She will be assisted by Actor and Director Michael Hoad, who will be sharing his experience practicing meditation and managing stress.

Along with Nevsah and Michael, The Silence Revolution will welcome on stage five of the ten Ambassadors to share with the audience their reflection on meditation and its benefits;

Chaz Fliy, Multidisciplinary Artist and influential Meditation Teacher will discuss how spirituality can be made practical today.  Award-Winning Fitness Coach Nazia Khatun will talk about how fitness fits in with meditation and why it is important. Juggy Sidhu, Founder of The Indian Body Coach will share how creating a deeper connection with others has helped his clients improve their health and wellbeing, while Global Actress and Director Deana Uppal will share her talk on how meditation has helped her successful career. Last but not least, Terry Mardi, Founder of the Mind Camp Podcast, will share a talk on unlocking the benefits of music nutrition and being present.

Ambassadors and supporters of the event are Tulsi Vagjiani, a burn survivor Humanitarian, and Self-Confidence Coach, Am Golhar, Creative Entrepreneur and Founder of Abstract PR, Rani Malik, Transformational Entrepreneur, and brand TYDL Fitness, a sustainable fitness clothing brand that aims to help projects around the world take plastic out of the sea and regrow coral reefs.

The evening will be closed  by Shaheen Chino Khan a highly versatile and accomplished Sufi Singer.
