NALS Board of Directors Appoints New Executive Director

TULSA, Okla. - May 2, 2019 - PRLog -- NALS Board of Directors is thrilled to announce the appointment of Lydia Goodner as the Executive Director of NALS...the association of legal professionals ("NALS") as of April 27, 2019. Lydia succeeds Tammy Hailey, CAE.

The Board has examined the tasks and resources of the NALS Virtual Resource Center staff and has decided the most effective operational plan to move forward will be to eliminate redundant tasks and reallocate duties among our existing, phenomenal team. As such, Lydia has played a pivotal role during our transition and has proven herself to be an essential asset for the future of NALS and to the profession.

Lydia comes from a non-profit communications and business leadership background. Over the past ten years, she has helped lead community-oriented organizations and businesses to establish their brand recognition and awareness by implementing dynamic creative solutions to a variety of complex problems. In 2014, she and her husband, Nik Goodner, launched G/28 Creatives a brand development and non-profit leadership consultant firm designed to help connect organizations to their community.

Lydia jumped in headfirst as she started her career with NALS during the Tulsa Leadership & Professional Development Conference in February 2016. In the past three years, Lydia has made substantial strides to grow our online presence and unite the NALS community. She has streamlined processes and procedures within the Communications and Meetings Department, all while making each of the annual Education and Networking Conferences profitable ventures despite having limited resources.

Lydia has revamped the communications process among the Association by implementing practical programs and procedures. She will continue to make strides forward by bringing her keen business acumen and strong leadership skills to her new role as Executive Director of NALS.

Lydia will oversee the NALS Virtual Resource Center, and she will continue to work with Maria Easterly, Certification and Education Manager, and Morgan Ballou, Membership Services Coordinator.

As a team, they will continue to make NALS #BetterTogether.
