Mustang Enthusiast From New Jersey Wins The Mustang Dream Giveaway®!

GRAVETTE, Ark. - May 13, 2019 - PRLog -- ,The annual Mustang Dream Giveaway, a nationwide drawing sponsored by New Beginning Children's Homes, ended on March 26, 2019. Jeffrey Simpson from New Jersey is the grand-prize winner.

The grand-prize package was a 1968 Ford Mustang Bullitt restomod and a brand-new 2019 Ford Mustang Bullitt Limited Edition—plus $25,000 towards the prize taxes!

Mr. Simpson entered the Mustang Dream Giveaway on March 26, 2019, which was the very last day of the giveaway. His last-minute decision proved to be a good one, "All the charities my donation helped benefit are good and worthy causes but Honor Flight and charities that help support our veterans are closest to my heart," he said. "When I met the people from Honor Flight of West Central Florida at the award ceremony I felt even more motivated to contribute to these worthy causes."

On Wednesday, April 17, 2019, he received the news via telephone that he had won the Mustang Dream Giveaway. "When I got the call that I had won, Chris asked me if I knew what day it was and my first thought was: I hope it's not April fools day," he said. "When I told my wife that I had won, she thought I was playing one of my many pranks on her. These two Bullitts are just beautiful. These aren't sticker cars. These are cars that have been improved beyond what we could normally do even as car people without hiring an expensive restoration shop. I'm very thankful to be a winner."

Mr. Simpson already had two Mustangs sitting in his garage before winning the Mustang Dream Giveaway. He owns a 1989 Mustang GT convertible and a 2018 Mustang GT. He now has two Mustang Bullitts to add to his collection! When he asked where his Mustang Bullitts would be parked when he gets them home, he said "in the garage" so he can keep them close by.

To anyone who has yet to enter a Dream Giveaway this winner said, "I entered and won!"

The Mustang Dream Giveaway award ceremony was held on May 3rd, 2019, in Clearwater, Florida, inside the Dream Giveaway Garage. The award ceremony streamed live on Facebook and YouTube.

New Beginning Children's Homes (NBCH) is a 501(c) 3 provider of family-style long-term residential care with a mission to provide foster children a safe and faith-centered family atmosphere where they can heal, grow, and be loved while working through difficult life issues. In addition to the funding they received, NBCH provided grants to several worthwhile charities, including Honor Flight of West Central Florida, National Guard Educational Foundation, Bright Pink, Smile Network International, Mothers Against Drunk Driving and Detroit Rescue Mission Ministries.
