American Medical Depot and the Defense Logistics Agency Complete Key Negotiation

MIRAMAR, Fla. - May 13, 2019 - PRLog -- American Medical Depot, a medical supplies distribution company and supply chain expert, recently completed negotiations with the Department of Defense (DoD) to modify the Defense Logistics Agency Integrated Operating Room (DLA-IOR) Contract to provide integrated operating room components for military services and federal civilian agencies. The modifications exercise the third option year under a previously awarded fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with a five-year base term and three option years. The contract modification is valued at nearly $300M. Under the contract, American Medical Depot also provides turnkey installation support, maintenance services, training, upgrades and system options and accessories through April 2020.
