JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - June 6, 2019 - PRLog -- LocalLawnService.com is organizing the volunteer event, Mow for Vets.  They're asking for licensed lawn care providers to volunteer to cut yards for disabled veterans in the Jacksonville, FL area to help them celebrate the 4th of July.

"Our goal is to encourage local lawn service providers to give their time to help those who have given so much for our country," says President and CEO, Oscar Webb, "This is our inaugural event and something we hope to see spread throughout our country over time."

Mr. Webb is requesting lawn care providers to volunteer based on their availability. "We want to make this a positive experience for all involved," says Mr. Webb, "We understand the economics of lawn maintenance and so we're asking interested lawn care providers to give what time they can afford for this cause.  One yard or ten yards, every little bit helps to make a positive impact in our community."

Those interested in volunteering should visit vets.locallawnservice.com to signup for this charity event.  There is no obligation to participate and those who signup will be contacted for further details.
