Throughout her professional career, Ms Kwan has helped numerous clients in both Queensland and Hong Kong with different backgrounds and circumstances in drafting local Wills and Wills for other jurisdictions that best suit their personal needs. Sarah-Jane Tasteyre Advises French Nationals on Family Law and Cross-border Probate Sarah-Jane Tasteyre was qualified in France in 2003 and has been based in Hong Kong since 2015, specialising in international family law, succession and cross-border probate. With her global vision of family law, she regularly works with family lawyers in Hong Kong and France, advising private clients on cross-border matrimonial issues and estate planning. Before working in private practice in Hong Kong, Ms Tasteyre advised Amnesty International and other non-governmental organisations in France on corporate governance, internal control, legacy and risk management as well as regulatory compliance. She currently also collaborates with overseas lawyers as a member of Jurisglobal to assist French nationals around the world.
