Encouragement Engineer Inspires Suncoast Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) chapter

TAMPA, Fla. - June 24, 2019 - PRLog -- Last Wednesday, The Suncoast chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators had their monthly chapter meeting with guest speaker, Bob Brumm, Tampa's Encouragement Engineer.

Bob Brumm, Speaker, Author, Encouragement Engineer, presented an engaging presentation entitled "Inspire Audacity.  "My goal was to encourage members to go after their personal and professional goals with the greatness they have within them by letting go of past ideas that hold no current value and Take Action toward their goals." Brumm said. Some of the values Brumm covered were; The value of releasing the past, The Value of Taking Action, The Value of Accountability and The Value of Releasing F.E.A.R. "If the goal is worth the reward, be prepared to take the steps necessary to get there", Brumm explained to the attendees. "FE.A.R., False Expectations Appearing Real, will limit our potential and we need to overcome the F.E.A.R.'s we have learned through life." Brumm said.
