Follow on Google News | MWH Treatment takes office space at Derby's Cardinal SquareOne of the UK's leading water and wastewater solution providers has established a new regional office at Cardinal Square, one of the city's most prominent office developments.

The 113,000 ft2 building is currently undergoing a major investment programme to create high quality office space, services and facilities. The ground floor of the building's West Point has recently been the subject of a refurbishment programme to create Cardinal Business Centre, 4,500 ft2 of serviced office accommodation. We were comfortably able to meet this deadline, agreeing legals and providing the required connectivity within this tight time constraint. "Cardinal Square has always been a very popular office development, but since our refurbishment programme was launched, it is attracting more and more local, regional and national operations who are keen to take advantage of the high specification office space and facilities that are on offer here." Cardinal Square occupies a prime location fronting Derby's Ring Road and the A52, the primary link road between Derby and Nottingham. It is also close to the junctions with the A38 and A6 and is within walking distance of the city centre and all its major public transport links.
