MWH Treatment takes office space at Derby's Cardinal Square

DERBY, U.K. - June 26, 2019 - PRLog -- MWH Treatment, which provides integrated design and construction services to water and wastewater markets, has relocated its Midlands regional office from Raynesway, with the acquisition of 2,719 ft² of office accommodation at Cardinal Square, which is owned by Nurton Developments.

Cardinal Square, which occupies a prime location fronting Derby's Ring Road and the A52, is set around a central quadrant and comprises of four inter-connecting blocks, each arranged on four and five floors, which are available on a floor-by-floor or single office basis.

The 113,000 ft² building is currently undergoing a major investment programme to create high quality office space, services and facilities.

The ground floor of the building's West Point has recently been the subject of a refurbishment programme to create Cardinal Business Centre, 4,500 ft² of serviced office accommodation.

Following the successful letting of Phase 1, a further 4,500 ft² of serviced office accommodation has been created on the ground floor North. 1,000 ft² has been pre-let and the remaining space is furnished and available for occupation

MWH Treatment is a leading integrated design and build contractor to the UK Water Industry working with Severn Trent Water, Southern Water, Scottish Water, United Utilities, Thames Water and Anglian Water and employs more than 800 employees across the UK.

It offers a complete range of end to end services for all water and wastewater solutions from £100m major projects through to minor capital maintenance including a 100 strong multi-trade, direct work force and leakage team.

Cardinal Square occupies a prime location fronting Derby's Ring Road and the A52, the primary link road between Derby and Nottingham. It is also close to the junctions with the A38 and A6 and is within walking distance of the city centre and all its major public transport links.
