Event Design Group Presents 'Celebratin' Melanin', An Event to Recognize Iconic Business Leaders

WASHINGTON - July 3, 2019 - PRLog -- Event Design Group will host the highly anticipated Celebratin' Melanin affair on July 19, 2019, at the National Housing Center in Washington, DC. This event will bring together women representing all brands and industries who embody the spirit of excellence in entrepreneurship.

In celebration of this inaugural affair, Event Design Group will literally roll out the "black" carpet and transform the National Housing Center into an elegant atmosphere for all creators, innovators and leaders to enjoy.  At Celebratin' Melanin, guests will enjoy an exquisite dining experience curated by chef Keeyon Hammond of Get Plated Catering. In addition to the night's festivities, Event Design Group will honor three women with the 2019 Visionary Woman's Award . Honorees to receive the Visionary Woman Award are:

• Aba Kwawu, Founder/President TAA PR, premier DC-based lifestyle public relations, marketing and special events agency specializing in the fashion, design, entertainment, hospitality and the luxury lifestyle sectors.
• Eunique Jones Gibson, Creator of  Because of Them We Can (BOTWC) and the Dream Village Co-Dreaming Space
• Sharnikya Howard, Founder and Coach at Life Abundantly Coaching, providing coaching to help women identify and walk boldly in their God-given purpose and career coaching to help women make informed decisions about their professional development and career trajectory
