Date Night for ALL: Singles and Couples Invited

NEW YORK - July 12, 2019 - PRLog -- The summer hasn't been the same since the launch of #SummerwithQuiandEmpress in 2018. Broadcast Journalist, Qui Talks, and Publicist, Empress Lanice teamed up for this annual summer event when they both were coming out of their lowest financial time in their life. They were struggling to make consistent income and figured to use their talents and network as journalists, publicist, and event coordinators, and put a live podcast event that aired on iHeartRadio. However, with the support of their community, they were able to pull off their first event without spending a dime and decided to make the event free. Now, on August 7, 2019, they want to give back to their community by having a date night for couples and speed dating for those who are single, at Troy Liquor Bar in Manhattan.

The date night was inspired by Qui Talks and Empress Lanice because they are both single and are ready to find their future husbands, but it has been hard to find love as entrepreneurs. They figured many people in their community are looking for the same, and wanted to provide an event for everyone to learn about maintaining relationships, meet other singles and have fun all at the same time. And, they didn't want to leave out their friends who are in relationships and allowed them to join the fun by having their own private date night in one of the cave rooms at Troy Liquor Bar.

The event will consist of speakers, couple Stacey Jay, and Joshua Walker, who have been together for over a year but has already found a way to create a long-lasting relationship through their book called "Just You and I," and are the founders of their company "Project Getaway." The book shares how couples communicate together and address their issues early than waiting until it all boils up inside. And, for Project Getaway they surprise and plan out couples vacations. Then, we will have speakers, a married couple of 4 years, and childhood best friends, Jessica, and Joshua Jordan, who are ministers and founders of Z Connection a mobile sub-church under Zoe Ministries Inc.

Attendees will get to participate in the #SWQECHAT, which is a live discussion with Qui Talks and Empress Lanice and their guest speakers about relationships and how to have a long-lasting one. Then, the fun activities will begin, such as the speed dating and the couples will go on a date in one of the five cave rooms at Troy Liquor Bar.

In addition to this event, Summer with Qui and Empress has partnered with Z Connection to raise funds for college students' meal for the Fall Semester. For both organizations, they have learned that over 48% of college students are starving due to tuition and other financial obligations. For each ticket sale, 15% of the profits will go to a student(s) that are attending a college or university.
