PalAmerican Security and Bedrock Protection Agency Merge

SALT LAKE CITY - July 12, 2019 - PRLog -- PalAmerican Security, a principal company in the Paladin family of companies and representatives from Bedrock Protection Agency, announced this week that the two companies merged on July 1, 2019, and going forward will operate under the name of PalAmerican Security.

The merger will elevate the current state of the security guard and mobile patrol services in Utah and Nevada.

The unique culture of PalAmerican Security is framed by a group of core values that are shared and championed by every member of the team. These are beliefs that we hold to be true, and they shape and guide all interactions, internal or external.

Bedrock Protection Agency was founded by Paul J Nelson in 2013. Paul originally founded his first Security Agency in San Diego County in 1992 under the name Nelson Security. During the 1990's, Nelson Security grew to be the dominant provider of Security Patrol and Guard service in North San Diego County. Customers included the Vista Unified School District, The City of Vista (parking enforcement) and most homeowners associations in Vista, San Marcos, Escondido and Oceanside. In 1999 Mr. Nelson returned to his native Utah relocating the company headquarters to Salt Lake City.

Bedrock Special Projects Group LLC, once a wholly owned subdivision of BPA will spin off into a new standalone entity focused entirely on executive services, close protection, investigations, secure transportation and consulting from its beautiful new offices in Silicon Slopes, Utah.
