Newhaven Court at Clearview Friends & Family Picnic set

BUTLER, Pa. - July 17, 2019 - PRLog -- Newhaven Court at Clearview will host its Friends & Family Picnic from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on July 27 at the senior living community.

    The outdoor summer event is free and open to residents and their family members or friends invited to participate in the picnic. The menu will include grilled hot dogs and hamburgers as well as corn on the cob, baked beans, watermelon and other seasonal fare.

    "The Friends & Family gathering provides us an opportunity to host a fun summer event in which residents, family, friends and our team have a chance to bond and have a great time," said Gary Renwick, Executive Director, Newhaven Court at Clearview.

   Face-painting will be part of the program, as well as entertainment by Pittsburgh musician Gene Testa.

    The picnic will be held at the senior living community located at 100 Newhaven Lane in Butler.

    "We're hoping the weather cooperates and we have a beautiful day," Renwick said. "We will have a cookout with great food, good music and friends and family who will share in a special event."
