Story Vision Video Launches Caricature Videos

PHOENIX - Aug. 5, 2019 - PRLog -- Dean Group Media and Story Vision Video today announced a new product – Story Vision Caricature Videos. Caricature Videos use caricatures of real people rather than fictional characters to convey information in any type of video.

"We successfully pioneered the process with an informational video for electric utility Com Ed in Illinois," said Chief Creative Officer and founder Dennis Dean. "The video provided an opportunity for Com Ed staff to appear on camera to explain an important power outage program without actually having to appear on camera in person!"

The Com Ed video explains a critical program aimed at improving communication and coordination between the utility and municipalities in the event of a power outage.

Each employee explained his or her part of the program through caricatures developed from snapshots of themselves provided by Com Ed employees. To add authenticity, employees also recorded the dialogue used with the animated caricatures.

"We're not limited to corporate videos," said Dean. "We can create great caricatures of just about anyone, including public figures, from Donald Trump to Barack Obama. We created a just-for-fun demo of President Trump in a George Washington style uniform and galloping on horseback in view of the U.S. Capitol. You might find a caricature of President Obama as well," Dean added.  "We'll caricaturize on both sides of the aisle."
