Kelly Swick Joins Transcend Security To Oversee Its Human Resources Department

PHOENIX - July 24, 2019 - PRLog -- Transcend Security Solutions, Arizona's premier provider of contract security services, today announced it has hired Kelly Swick to oversee its Human Resources Department. As a leading provider of contract security solutions, Transcend Security has over 275 employees across Arizona. With her passion for improving the employee experience, Ms.
Swick will be responsible for the strategic direction of all aspects of people management, including training and development, and performance management. She will also support Transcend Security in its own journey of expansion into other markets nationwide.

Ms. Swick. who recently received her Master of Business Administration in Homeland Security Degree, has multiple years of Human Resources experience. Prior to joining Transcend Security, Mr. Swick served as Human Resources Project Coordinator (Benefits Administrator) for Northcentral University, where she was involved in every aspect of the Human Resources Department, including, but not limited to compensation, benefits administration, claims, and policies & procedures. In addition, Ms. Swick served as Statewide Volunteer Workforce Specialist for the Arizona's Children Association, the largest foster care and adoption agency in the state.

In her new role, Ms. Swick will be responsible for directing all of the people functions of the company in accordance with the policies and practices of Transcend Security, while ensuring that all laws and regulations of governmental organizations and other regulatory and advisory authorities and organizations are adhered to. She will also be responsible for the strategic human resource planning to provide the company with the best people talent available and to position Transcend Security as the employer of choice.
