Vendor Applications Available for 8th Annual Port of Hueneme Banana Festival

PORT HUENEME, Calif. - Aug. 8, 2019 - PRLog -- Vendor applications are available for the 8^th Annual Port of Hueneme Banana Festival set for Saturday, September 28. The festival is seeking vendors with banana-related merchandise as well as unique arts and crafts. Food and beverage vendors are required to serve at least one banana-themed item.

Festival hours are 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The festival is located at the Port of Hueneme, with the entrance (https://bananaportfest.com/directions/) at the corner of Surfside Drive and Market Street.

The Banana Festival is sponsored by the Port of Hueneme. It features live music, food, banana pie eating contests, free port tours and kids' activities. Admission and parking are free.

The Port of Hueneme is the largest deep-water port between Los Angeles and San Francisco. Festivalgoers can learn about the port's history, its customers, imports/exports and environmental contributions while on the tours and at the festival's Port Pavilion.
