LOS ANGELES - Aug. 9, 2019 - PRLog -- Fasting is mentioned several times throughout the Bible. Jesus fast, Moses fast, Esther fast, Daniel fast, Elijah fast, so why don't we? I did...and speaking from experience...this was one of the hardest things I've ever done in my life but it was well worth it, and I will continue to fast the rest of my life....If your health permits...you should fast also! I am a Registered Nurse, not a Doctor, so be sure to check with your doctor before starting any diet or fasting regimen. Go on YouTube and watch me fast for 3 days.
