Active Pest Control Joins Rentokil Steritech

READING, Pa. - Aug. 21, 2019 - PRLog -- Rentokil Steritech, a Rentokil North America company, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Active Pest Control of Atlanta, GA. The acquisition expands Rentokil Steritech's footprint in the Southeast. The acquisition was finalized in June.

Active Pest Control was founded in 1985 by Larry Carder, the father of current owner Tony Carder. Tony took over as operations manager for the business in 2000, and became owner in 2006. Active Pest Control has 12 district locations in Georgia and one in Texas.

Active's employees will all remain on board with Rentokil Steritech.
