Aurochs Software successfully completes SOC 2 Type II

PUNE, India - Aug. 22, 2019 - PRLog -- Aurochs Software, a leading name in sales incentive management solutions for the healthcare industry, recently announced that it has successfully completed the Service Organization Control (SOC) 2 Type II,  demonstrating compliance to strict information security, availability, and confidentiality standards.

The following SOC2 trust services criteria (As defined by AICPA) were audited:

§  Security

"Information and systems are protected against unauthorized access, unauthorized disclosure of information, and damage to systems that could compromise the availability, integrity, confidentiality, and privacy of information or systems and affect the entity's ability to meet its objectives."

§  Availability

"Information and systems are available for operation and use to meet the entity's objectives."

§  Confidentiality

"Information designated as confidential is protected to meet the entity's objectives."

SOC 2 audits are performed in accordance with the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants) reporting on Controls at a Service Organization and based on the trust service criteria outlined in the AICPA Guide. SOC 2 Type II  audit is performed by an independent auditing firm and is intended to provide an understanding of the service organization's suitability of the design and operating effectiveness of its internal controls.
