The CYBERPOL Trademarks are protected under the Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property as both a "Word" and "Figurative" Registration No; 1. CMT 014505473 (WORD MARK) (Ref page https://euipo.europa.eu/ 2. CTM 014468789 (FIGURATIVE) The unlawful use of CYBERPOL IPO in part or in whole on website "ciberpol.com" In addition to this CYBERPOL Policing Organization received several complaints from public and notification for website "ciberpol. com" and subsequently was placed under public surveillance from 06/01/2019 to 8/23/2019 as verification thereof. Its believed that the website was selling services and event memorabilia such as jackets and more. The CYBERPOL CIB Criminal Investigation Bureau is currently investigating the case after public members complained to the International Cyber Policing Organization CYBERPOL. No arrest has yet been made and its expected that arrest might follow soon. End
