TENERIFE, Spain - Aug. 27, 2019 - PRLog -- BRUSSELS,  - The International Cyber Police Organization today issued and RED NOTICE cyber crime alert also known as a "Crimson Alert" for website "www.ciberpol.com"  for impersonating by infringement of CYBERPOL Cyber Policing Organizations official registered trademarks due to the failure of police in TENERIFE to act.

In accordance with EU Trade Mark Regulation (EU) 2015/2424 and Directive to the laws of relating to trade marks (EU)2015/2436 (the Trade Marks Directive) inter-alia , Books XV (Enforcement) and XVII (Special Procedures) of the Commercial Code; the Criminal Code; the EU Customs Regulation (608/2013); and the EU Implementing Regulation (1352/2013), with official reference to Article 11 of the Act on Computer Programs of June 30th 1994 (implementing Article 7(1) of the EU Computer Program Directive) you are hereby ordered by The International Cyber Policing Organization abbreviated CYBERPOL to Malicious or Fraudulent infringement uses of CYBERPOL organization of IP rights unlawful and a federal crime that can be penalized with imprisonment for one to five years and/or a fine of between €500 and €100,000.

The use of the word ciberpol is thus unlawful and a criminal offence as its both infringement and impersonating as the word CYBERPOL is spelled ciberpol in Spanish.

The CYBERPOL Trademarks are protected under the Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property as both a "Word" and "Figurative" Trademark under Nice Classification 9, 25, 28, 35, 38, 42, 45.

The unlawful use of CYBERPOL IPO in part or in whole on website "ciberpol.com" is unlawful and currently under criminal investigation for unlicensed partly infringement of CYBERPOL Trademark in part or as whole or impersonating and or / both capacity as "Word" and "Figurative" as indicated on website "ciberpol.com" and its related pages.

In addition to this CYBERPOL Policing Organization received several complaints from public and notification for website "ciberpol. com" and subsequently was placed under public surveillance from 06/01/2019 to 8/23/2019 as verification thereof. Its believed that the website was selling services and event memorabilia such as jackets and more.
The CYBERPOL CIB Criminal Investigation Bureau is currently investigating the case after public members complained to the International Cyber Policing Organization CYBERPOL. No arrest has yet been made and its expected that arrest might follow soon.
