An author of the book has very vast abroad experience in hospitality industry and blessed that can be able become key roles in hospitality industry in South East Asia, Middle East and South Pacific. At beginning of his career being Indonesian hotelier who gets very limited knowledge in hospitality correspondence he always facing a challenge to be competing with other international hotelier, he then begin to collect all hospitality letter including his boss's letter and compiling into a personal collection which is now become a book.
