Consult.  has announced it will soon be taking its passion for people in the workplace to a new media outlet, the Is it Worth It? Podcast. The podcast is set to launch on Monday, October 14, 2019. ICC is a global talent management, leadership development, executive coaching and outplacement services firm with offices and affiliates throughout the US and across the globe.

Is it Worth It? will feature radical thought-leaders as special guests who will share powerful stories about people, performance, innovation and influence in the workplace. New episodes will be released once per month, and listeners who tune in will gain exclusive insights from the raw, unfiltered life experiences that have shaped the careers of successful organizational leaders.
