By: QuantiTech Mark was named director of Defense Intelligence Agency's (DIA's) Missile and Space Intelligence Center (MSIC) in 2014. As Director, Mark led a team of technical engineers and scientists in analysis of foreign ballistic missile systems, air and missile defense systems, anti-satellite systems, anti-tank guided missile systems, directed energy weapons systems, and associated command and control systems. Over the course of his career at MSIC, Mark analyzed or led the analysis of every weapon system in the MSIC mission. Mark earned a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Tennessee Tech University in Cookeville, and a Master of Science degree in electrical engineering from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. QuantiTech is a Woman-Owned Small Business headquartered in Huntsville, Alabama, performing quality value-added acquisition, technical, and management services for both the Department of Defense (DoD) and commercial sectors since 1991.
