NEW YORK - Sept. 10, 2019 - PRLog -- 318 Kicking Horse Trail, a 35-acre estate within coveted The Club at Cordillera in Vail, Colorado, successfully sold for $4.7 million ahead of its scheduled August 8th auction through Concierge Auctions in cooperation with Malia Cox Nobrega and Barbara Scrivens of LIV Sotheby's International Realty.

The global exposure generated by Concierge Auctions in the four weeks prior to the scheduled auction resulted in over 1,134 inquiries, 73 open house tours, and 43 qualified showings. Before this auction, there were only three sales over $4 million on the summit, with the most recent sale occurring in 2010.
