NCAAWA is Heating Things Up With Their Annual Chef's Competition and Fundraising Event

SAN DIEGO - Sept. 23, 2019 - PRLog -- "A Sterling Affair". The event will be on October 19^th, 2019 at St Margaret's Parish in Oceanside, CA. This spectacular and tasty annual cooking competition helps provide support for the NCAAWA Scholarship Awards, which has delivered over $230,000 in scholarships for college education to girls and women in our community.

What began as an event with approximately 50 attendees participating has now steadily grown to sold-out crowds of over 400 annually and this year it will be no different. Approximately 50 professional and amateur chefs from all walks of life will come and compete for bragging rights, trophies and cash awards in 9 categories, as well as provide attendees with delicious food tastings.

As entertainment, Grammy Award-winning harpist, Marie Antoinette will be the featured performer for this year's event which will also include a performance by Palomar College's dance group. Participants will have the opportunity to bid on the extremely popular silent auction items throughout the night and win some amazing prizes.
