"We will be raising money for the Bedford County Humane Society in honor of our community pet, our puppy, Hope," said Bobbi Howsare, Community Relations Director at Colonial Courtyard at Bedford. "Hope is a wonderful addition to our family and we want to give back for all that the Bedford County Humane Society has given our residents, their family members and our team." Soup flavors will include broccoli cheddar or vegetable beef. Cost is $7 a quart. Rolls are included in the order. Reservations may be made by calling 624-0100. "Our soup sales have really become a much-anticipated event for our loyal customers," Howsare said. "This is our fourth year of making soup and we hold two soup sales each year, with each benefitting a great cause. The soup sale in the spring benefits the Alzheimer's Association. The one in the fall will benefit the Bedford County Humane Society in honor of our community puppy."
