ARCH Global Precision Acquires Jade Precision Medical Components, Jade Equipment Corporation

BLOOMFIELD HILLS, Mich. - Oct. 2, 2019 - PRLog -- ARCH Global Precision ("ARCH") has acquired Jade Precision Medical Components ("JMPC") and Jade Equipment Corporation ("JEC"), each located in Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania.  JPMC is a manufacturer of high precision medical implants serving the Spine, Trauma and Extremity segments of the Orthopaedic market.  JMPC will join ARCH's growing medical division, ARCH Medical Solutions ("AMS").  JEC is a manufacturer of tight-tolerance precision components, primarily serving the Semiconductor and Aerospace & Defense industries.  JEC will join ARCH's Precision Components division.
