e-FRESCO sign agreement with NARC, Jordanian Government

AMMAN, Jordan - Oct. 5, 2019 - PRLog -- e-FRESCO signed an agreement with the Jordanian government to host their office in Jordan in an Innovative incubator hosted by the National Agricultural Research Center in Jordan. The agreement has been signed by Mr. Alshami founder of e-FRESCO and Dr. Nizar Haddad Director of NARC.

Through this agreement, both parties will expand the local and regional networks to support e-FRESCO B2B Cross border Virtual Marketplace. NARC understand the importance of marketing agricultural products at regional and international level. Both parties will set a strategy to combine the local physical supply chain with an online global marketing strategy.

e-FRESCO is an innovative project that has won the blessing of the Jordanian government to be the leading virtual market place that will globalize Jordan in the fresh produce industry. "Through this agreement eFRESCO will have the privilege to have a combined incubation that includes the Ministry of Digital Information and the Ministry of Agriculture," Dr. Nizar  Haddad explained.

e-FRESCO is a blockchain-based virtual market place that provides one hot spot for all value chain services such as logistics, networking, and B2B payments.

Dr. Nizar Haddad has emphasized the importance of e-FRESCO to link farmers to the buyers and reduce the intermediate value chain costs. "NARC Will focus on added value services support to e-FRESCO, to attain Jordan export strategic goals, which can not be attained without collaboration," Dr. Nizar highlighted NARC National strategy.

Through the agreement, e-FRESCO can combine NARC services to their portfolio of services to include agribusiness consulting services to empower farmers to export fresh produce. Moreover, NARC will facilitate international investment in e-FRESCO for expansion purposes.

e-FRESCO vision is to provide a block-chain payment portal, supported with shipping, and other value chain services to all stakeholders. The strength in e-FRESCO is that it focuses on fresh produce and it is continuously adapted to market dynamics.
