Cubix.co was partners with Cubix Inc. till August 2019. The company was owned by Mr. Richard Messier. However, since September 2019, the company holds no relationship with Cubix Inc. nor with Mr. Richard Messier.

Please note Cubix is not responsible for any transactions for the month of August 2019 or earlier. Any contract, transactions, communications, or partnership established in August or earlier is nullified. Cubix is not accountable for any terms withheld in August 2019 or earlier.

Cubix nor its employees or stakeholders are responsible for any commitments before the said date.

Since September 2019, Cubix Global Inc. is an independent company, headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The company is headed by Mr. Salman Lakhani as the CEO, with offices in Florida, USA, Karachi, Pakistan and Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
