Its mobile site design took top honors, being named the No. 1 Mobile Website in real estate. The MarkSpain.com website earned the No. 8 spot in the Top 10 Overall Websites.

The best overall websites were judged on using a list of criteria in five critical areas including mobile experience, use of video, neighborhood/community pages, property detail pages, and design. The 10 sites scoring highest in all five areas were named Best Overall.
