Hoffman & Associates Announces its Newest Associate

SANDY SPRINGS, Ga. - Nov. 19, 2019 - PRLog -- Hoffman & Associates is proud to announce its newest associate, Alaina B. Davalos. Alaina joined Hoffman & Associates as an associate in 2019, licensed in the State of Georgia. Her primary areas of practice include both corporate and tax law, however she also has experience in estate planning and probate. Alaina's goal at Hoffman & Associates is to provide excellent legal services to local businesses, both small and large alike, as they navigate corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and contract negotiation, along with any other legal challenge that arises.

Born in Buffalo, NY, Alaina received her B.A. from the University of Richmond in Richmond, Virginia, where she majored in History and International Studies with minors in French and Anthropology. Alaina then attended the Emory University School of Law, graduating in 2016. While in law school, Alaina was an active member of the Moot Court Society, participated in the International Humanitarian Law Clinic, and interned at both an environmental non-profit in the Pacific Northwest, as well as a corporate law firm in New York.

Alaina is a member the Georgia Association of Women Lawyers (GAWL), the Powersuit Project, and the State Bar of Georgia. In her free time, she enjoys hiking in northern Georgia, spending time with her husband and their dogs, and rooting for the Buffalo Bills.
