CYBERPOL Fines Google Inc.€100,000 for Trademark Violation!

WASHINGTON - Dec. 5, 2019 - PRLog -- Breaking News;: Washington DC: CYBERPOL Sanction Google Inc. in accordance with EU Trade Mark Regulation (EU) 2015/2424 and Directive to the laws of relating to trade marks (EU)2015/2436 (the Trade Marks Directive) inter-alia , Books XV (Enforcement) and XVII (Special Procedures) of the Commercial Code; the Criminal Code; the EU Customs Regulation (608/2013); and the EU Implementing Regulation (1352/2013), with official reference to Article 11 of the Act on Computer Programs of June 30th 1994 (implementing Article 7(1) of the EU Computer Program Directive)

Google .Inc was ordered by The International Cyber Policing Organization abbreviated CYBERPOL to stop CEASE AND DESIST any further uses or impersonation of The International Cyber Policing Organization abbreviated CYBERPOL organization on website http://cyberpolfraud.blogspot.com or any other website that uses the word "CYBERPOL"

This is the first Sanctions levied by CYBERPOL to Google since Establishment during 2015.

The CYBERPOL Trademarks are protected under the Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property as both a "Word" and "Figurative" Trademark under Nice Classification 9, 25, 28, 35, 38, 42, 45 Policing Services or any other cyber services. that would include blogs and commercial uses.

CYBERPOL Policing Organization received several complaints from public and notification for unlawful website which was  subsequently placed under public surveillance as verification thereof by CYBERPOL.

When Google Inc. Ignored the Cease and desist DMCA notice by the usual mouse game CYBERPOL issued the fine totaling 100,000 Euro with a daily penalty of 15,000 Euro..

The President of CYBERPOL Ricardo Baretzky said. "It's time Google realize they are not immune to cyber crime and responsible beginning with respect for the trademarks of CYBERPOL."
